Rally 800 Series Off Road and Driving Lights

KC Rally 800 Series lights are the next generation in high performance lighting! They feature rugged, all Stainless Steel 8 inch round housings with sturdy, oversize mounting flanges and virtually unbreakable hard coated Lexan lenses. The slim profile and full pivoting base allows for a wide range of adjustability and mounting options. The results: a beautiful, super lightweight high performance light that is ready to take on any environment. Rally 800 lights are offered in super bright 130W halogen or ultra bright HID light sources.

Each light or pair of lights includes:

SlimLite Series Fog , Driving & Off Road Lights

Supercharge your vehicle’s lighting with our high output Halogen Fog and Driving KC SlimLites.

We have expanded very popular SlimLite series to include Fog and Driving beam patterns in addition to our Long Range lights.

KCSlimLites feature a unique 6” round steel housing with a sleek, flat profile that allows them to fit where many other lights won’t. These lights incorporate high performance halogen bulbs, optical quality glass lenses and precision polished reflectors to generate a super bright and specially focused beam of light. The two-axis mount provides for easy and accurate aiming. Also included are super tough ABS plastic Stone Guards for added protection and great styling.

Now available in a choice of three attractive finishes:

Unique “Titanium Look” finish with super white 130w Ice Blue halogen bulbs
Brilliant Chrome Plated finish with high performance clear halogen bulbs
Deep Black Powder Coat finish with high performance clear halogen bulbs

Installation is quick and easy with a KC pre-terminated wiring Harness (included in complete systems). The harness includes a heavy-duty relay along with an illuminated switch and is ready to plug into the lights leaving a professionally installed, factory appearance.

Daylighter® Off Road Lights

Our shock mounted lights began with the famous KC Daylighter® that we invented and patented in 1972. Not only does the Daylighter® use a heavy-duty rubber gasket (bulb holder) that isolates the lens, reflector, and bulb from the metal housing and elements of weather, but it also includes our patented shock mounting system.

The KC HiLiTES shock mounting system was developed as a way to isolate the lamp unit from the mounting bracket or surface to which the the light is mounted. This system successfully reduces lamp failure due to vibration and has been proven through the extremes of off road racing. Now, the shock mount system has been updated from the original to require no extra drilling. We currently offer a wide range of 6 inch round lights in various finishes and wattages that include this proven shock mount system

Light Bars

KC HiLiTES has developed the perfect new lighting accessory. An attractive alternative to bulky bumpers and grille guards, our sleek new front end Lite Bars are made in the U.S.A. and feature a great looking textured black powder coated finish.

KC Truck Light Bars are made from 1-3/4” O.D., .120 wall steel tubing and come with light tabs for mounting 3 to 4 KC eight inch diameter lights, depending on model. KC Jeep Light Bars are constructed using 1-1/2” O.D. (1-3/4” O.D. on the winch mount bar), .095 wall steel tubing with mounting tabs for 2, 3 or 5 lights depending on model.

Installation is simple, bolting up to existing factory holes, so there’s no need for drilling, plus they’re UPS shippable. KC’s new Lite Bars are available for 4WD (and some 2WD) Ford, GM, Dodge, Nissan and Toyota trucks, the H2 and Jeep Wranglers.
